LEAVER QUESTIONNAIRE

Welcome

As part of our commitment to continually improve, we believe it is important to provide all employees who choose to leave employment at the University of Kent with an opportunity to comment on their experience of working with us.

We would therefore be grateful if you could complete our short Leaver Questionnaire, which should take no more than ten minutes and can be completed up to 30 days after leaving the University.

All the information is collated and will help us to identify potential employment trends. Where necessary it will also enable us to introduce improvements that can benefit the wellbeing and working lives of current and future employees.

We hope that you will feel able to comment openly and honestly about your time here at the University of Kent, and we would appreciate if you could be as frank and honest as possible in your responses, letting us know both about your positive and negative experiences of working here.  Whilst all feedback will be anonymised, nevertheless in order to address issues raised in the Survey, we will be sharing high level data with Management.

Please be assured that whatever you disclose, your feedback will not influence future references or re-employment within the University.

This questionnaire consists of 31 questions which ask you to select one of several answers as well as providing an opportunity for some free text comments.

There are 6 monitoring questions to finish.  Please respond to all questions.
